Happy week everyone! I am so excited that fall is arriving soon, which means I get to layer again. But because the weather in LA have been kind of cool and breezy lately I get to layer with some really thin pieces. What I love about layering is that it gives the outfit more dimension and depth. The main key to layer a summer outfit is the tank top underneath, because when the top layer is shear, you would want the bottom layer to look unique and noticeable. I’m in love with this tank top, the asymmetrical straps and how it crosses the neck is distinctive and gives the entire look personality. I chose a shear top that is colored white to create maximum contrast. And to continue the layering idea, I chose these layered skorts, also in white to establish a clean, bright look. Last but not least, absolutely adore these sunglasses from Elizabeth & James, they are mirrored too! Now I’m just afraid I’ve stocked up too many mirrored sunglasses this summer!
Lastly, have been doing a lot this past week, for work and also attending events, including an Anine Bing event, which I got to meet Anine Bing herself and Julie from the Sincerely Jules blog (will post later).
Thanks for reading and enjoy your summer days!
Best,
Jenny ❤
