No, it’s not hard at all, just the matter of the right foundation, and the perfect shade of lipstick. Achieving an effortless or almost “I’m not wearing any makeup” look is quite tough. I mean, the fact that we want full coverage, want the thinnest layer possible, want it not to look cakey after just 3 hours of wear and at the same time trying to somehow fix the oily t-zone. I breakout really easily, so normally I try to stay away from any sort of powder foundation only because it dries up my skin and makes it even more oily. Been using liquid foundation forever, but recently bareMinerals® gave me the opportunity to try their new barePRO Performance Wear Powder Foundation. After two weeks of trying (this is normally the time I give products before making any judgements), I’m quite surprised and happy about the foundation because it achieves a flawless matte finish, feels lightweight and lasts throughout the day without getting cakey at all. Also be sure to use the perfect primer and setting sprays to lock everything in after application. Lastly, I’m currently also using their Gen Nude Radiant Lipstick in ‘Honeybun’, finished with ‘Fly’ Buttercream Lipgloss.
