Not a tartan scarf or button down, but a dress, with elastic stretch fit and slips on like a perfect glove that wraps around your body. What I love about this though, is the fit and flare design that fully gives the dress some playful attitude. Topped with a classic moto leather jacket to give the look a little rock chic, meeting a little city chic.
