Think winter, think knit. One of the many reasons why I love autumn and winter so much is because I get to wear knits all. the. time. Knits are major when it comes to layering up, but sometimes forgotten because they are always under our big coats. When the coats are taken off, then what? They are as important as the outer piece, so I’d say make a statement with your knits, and I like to do it the minimal and effortless way.
A pop of color can always be refreshing, but it’ll have to be subtle enough where it’s versatile with at least half of my coats. In which I think, faded rosy shades are so good! Some of my other favorite colors include beige, grey, blues and how about lavender? 😉 Another key design to look for is the silhouette – oversized and structured. The thick and structured fabrics appeal to me the most because it gives the entire outfit a solid outline and just overall dressier, instead of let’s say, a slouchy and thin knit that we can find just anywhere.
